Since Pan Am (MEC) 352's cab signals stopped working for the Springfield Line, P&W lend Pan Am one of there GP38s for the EDPL/PLED freight, seeing P&W in this neck of the woods is very rare, here the crew of PLED is taking a cut of tank cars that came off the freights EDPL into the yard, this spot is just behind the Pizza place here in town.
