| A now very late P089 slow rolls into North Collier and has stopped to write down an EC-1 that will give them a directive to pass the the reason why they are late, at restricted speed. Q401 got a knuckle and passing trains must pass the location of the break at restricted speed due to men in the area fixing the problem. |
