| On a gloomy afternoon in Los Angeles a pair of BNSF switch engines pause briefly between duties at San Pedro Junction, where UP's San Pedro branch crosses BNSF's busy San Bernardino Subdivision. Until early 2002, this diamond crossing was once protected by Hobart Tower which can be seen in the distance. |
