| Fuxin Mining Administration SY #1320 works hard lifting its train up the 1% grade into Ping'An yard. This train is full of fly ash from the power station and is bound for the spoil tip to dump the ash. In the background, another SY 2-8-2 labors building a train of empties for another coal mine. |
