    A storm is threatening Santa Fe’s southbound freight on Colorado’s Joint Line as it leaves Larkspur and climbs to the fifth highest summit on the AT&SF at Palmer Lake, 7,237-ft. FP-45 91 restored to its original color leads the drag on June 9, 1990.
