An early season snow followed by a clear blue sky makes for a nice setting as a recently washed power set leads the 3 AM train with 96 empty ore cars back to the mine. F9A 4211 is preserved and operational today at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum in Duluth while the GP20s and GP38-3s found life elsewhere after the mine closed in 2001.
