The weather in August is usually hot, and the weather that morning in Chicago was pretty bad, but the action at Tower 18 was just as hot. Constant commuter traffic easily viewed by the parking garage overlooking it made me almost forget about the heat, granted the disgusting sweat ring around my neck was a constant reminder, I ignored it as a Green Line train passes a Pink Line train as they roll above the busy city streets.
