Remarks & Notes

MILW extra 24 west slows for a meet at Beverly, WA. The lead unit was common on the point of Milwaukee freights out west as it was a slave master for remote control. It also had an ice breaker above the rear radiator to protect auto shipments in tunnels in winter conditions. It looked pretty fresh compared to the road worn trailing units.
