| Southbound on the Massena Spur. CN 913 (loaded ballast train) is heading south on the little used Massena spur with CN 2413 and CN 4808 so that CN 323 and CN 522 can proceed northwards on the Rouses Point sub. After those two trains pass, 913 will back up, go back on the Rouses Point sub and drop ballast on the sub as planned. |
