CDTX 90225 leads a forty minute late Amtrak "San Joaquin" Train 712 into the famous Stockton Santa Fe Station on San Joaquin Street. This train was forty minutes late due to mechanical issues with one of the two locomotives on the opposite end of the train.
From one train each way in 1973 between Bakersfield and Oakland when it started up, this line as expanded to six trips daily; four to Oakland and two to Sacramento.
