| The sun is beginning to sink in the western sky as yet another GE-led Z train roars up the slight hogback just east of Marceline, MO. The train is about to cross a gravel road and duck under the still H5 searchlight guarded intermediates at mile 344.1, the approach block to the control point at East Marceline. |
