Well... I know this is vandalism, but whoever painted this has talent. They could definitely use their gift in other ways to express themselves but it is eye-catching. It had to take a long time to paint the entire side of this car and I wonder what's the meaning of the arm stretched with the finger pointing. Besides the painter, it's anybody's guess...
