| Cervo on the Ligurian Coast belongs to the "I borghi più belli d'Italia" - the most beatiful villages in Italy.
The railway line from Ventimiglia to Genua is still crossing the front of the town, but this will end in October 2016 when a new double track line in the back country (mostly in tunnels) is openend and the current single track line is closed forever.
Here a "Thello" Eurocity service is crossing the small village on its way to France. |
