Taking the high line bypass of 30th Street Station, Conrail train PICA (Pittsburgh – Camden) looms over the nearly empty Amtrak coach yard. The two C40-8W’s still have their factory shine after over a year of service. The scene has changed since this view – the massive powerhouse on the left is gone, and the photographer’s vantage point in a public parking lot is now in the middle of the 29-story Cira Center.
