Amtrak's Empire Builder gets up to speed on the former Milwaukee Road mainline just south of Winona, MN. It will make a fast run to North La Crosse, WI, then head across the Badger state to Milwaukee and Chicago, IL. This consist is noteworthy for its express box and x-Santa Fe hi-level car with the transition paint job.
