| BCOL 4645 East rolls across the Belt Railway of Chicago with an ethanol train from the CN in Iowa. Here, at Indiana Ave on the south side of Chicago a single bridge hosts signals for both the BRC and NKP. The NKP splits off to the left then flies over the BRC at 87th Street and connects in at 81st Street. On the far left is CRL's main line to the Rock Island connection. Running as CSX train K652 from BRC's Rockwell yard, the train will get on the Pennsy at CP 509 and then take the connection to the B&O at CP 501 for the trip across Indiana and beyond. |
