Train 483 behind SD45 901 has a good roll on it as the train heads west through Rusk, WI en route to Minneapolis, MN. The World War II era rails still posted a 60 mph speed limit in the early 70s, but as time went on speeds were cut. UP has since upgraded the line with heavy welded rail, etc. and trains once again can make good time on the "Route of the 400".
