| Amtrak's westbound Capitol Limited slows to a stop at Harper's Ferry, WVA on April 18, 2016. The new viewliner style baggage cars can accommodate bicycles now and many cyclists are taking advantage of this service especially those who wish to ride the Allegheny Highlands Trail out of Cumberland, MD. |
