A BNSF coal train bound for Boardman, Oregon, crosses Union Pacific’s bridge over the Snake River at Joso, Washington, on September 21, 2015. These trains use UP’s Ayer Subdivision (the Washy) out of Spokane to access the Boardman power plant.
