| The only green Re 4/4 II of the passenger division running light on the uppermost level of the loops at Wassen in the first morning light. The locomotive served as "ETCS L2 leader" for the RAe TEE II # 1053 from Bellinzona to Lavorgo (and later from Erstfeld to Brunnen) this day. Because the RAe TEE II is not fitted with the newest train protection system "European Train Control System Level 2", it needs a appropriate leading vehicle over parts of the line, which has ETCS only. |
