| LI #103 and #164 idle away the humid evening before the night shift workers come in to inspect and load box them. The 103 works primarily within the Richmond Hill passenger yard, shunting coaches and engines, while the bigger and more powerful 164 handles road duties due to its cab signaling and higher horsepower. |
