| Approaching a pair of SD40-2's. In the winter of 2008 a CP westbound led by two venerable SD40-2's (CP 5576 & CP 5865) cools its heels while an AMT westbound passes with cab car AMT 706 leading and AMT 400 pushing. These AMT Comet II cars would be rebuilt and repainted a few years later. CP 5576 was retired later that year whereas CP 5865 was still on CP's roster as of the start of 2016. |
