A trio of Great Western Railway M420Ws accelerate east from Woodrow, SK as they journey east from Shaunavon to Assiniboia. This photo demonstrates the desolation one will encounter on the journey between these two points. The MLWs are in their last days on the Great Western, and a trio is a hard catch, made possible by one of the B23-7s being out of service. All of the M420Ws are for sale, and could be gone any day now.
