Remarks & Notes

The Capitol Limited passes the Metro Twinbrook station. Hopefully all of the complicated hardware seen on the Metro tracks (lower 2) are being looked at as part of the SafeTrack effort, a series of segment closures designed to allow for catching up on deferred maintenance in the Metro system. Just off the left side of the frame is a Metro crossover; just off the right side of the frame is a CSX crossover, at "Melrose."
