HOLDENVILLE OK July 10 1978 -- Rock Island GP38-2 4346 heads for the Frisco interchange with a cut of cars. This unit was originally named Senior Traveling Freight Agent in recognition of John W. Barringer. He was hired to turn the Rock Island around. He requested the Senior Traveling Freight Agent name. Upon his death it was named Navajo Nation.
