Forecasting changes to come about 15 years later, UP SD40-2 3127 invades Southern Pacific space at Roseburg, OR, surrounded by SP cabooses and a pair of SD9s. This line was spun off and is now operated by the Central Oregon & Pacific, part of the Genessee and Wyoming short line group.
