The best-looking Siemens E40 AG-V1 electric locomotives operating in Queensland belong to the BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMAC) and look very tiger-esque. On October 8, 2016, the lead E40 is seen passing the large Aurizon Jilalan terminal in Sarina, on the way to the export coal terminal at Hay Point. The trains are 124-cars in length and have additional locos placed at 40 and 80 car positions in the train.
The worst of railroad design. Please, send me your entries / suggestions for the "Album of the ugly trains of the world" (past or present, paint scheme or shape).
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
