Marshy Hope Creek is very high due to heavy rain as Maryland & Delaware 1203 powers one of four trips for the Fall Festival of Hurlock, Md. The flooding and threat of more rain canceled all activities at the Fall Festival except the train rides; despite the lack of other activities, three of the four train trips were sold out.
