    Remarks & Notes
Overnight, snow fell across the Front Range giving the area's first snow of the season in decent accumulations. The weather system also brought a pocket of cold air that settled into the state. The temperature is at 13 degrees and gradually falling as the late afternoon progresses on. Seen here, BNSF ET44C4 No. 3997 leads the hot Alliance, Texas to Portland, Oregon Q-Train through the big curve at Church Lake in Westminster, Colorado on December 7, 2016.
