| After getting word that a Dash-8 was heading north shoving on the rear of Amtrak 777 from San Diego to Los Angeles, I made it a point on this afternoon to get out somewhere to see if it stayed on for the trip up to San Luis Obispo. Luck was on my side as AMTK 505 found itself still on the point after departing Los Angeles as it rolled into Van Nuys about 30 minutes later. |
