Double tracking the hill! WC 586 (a rare ex-MILW SDL39) is cresting Byron Hill in Byron, WI in November of 1999. Business is good enough that the WC is double tracking the hill. The grade is complete and ties are ready to be laid. This is currently an important route for the CN.
