The sun peeks out for a bit as ex-ATSF, now BNSF B40-8W No. 556 comes off of the Cemex Lead and onto the former Buckwheat Branch, now known as the Lyons Branch at Medberry in Lyons, Colorado on December 20, 2016. This section of track was once part of the CB&Q and BN Buckwheat Branch that connected Broomfield, Lafayette, Erie, Longmont, and Lyons.
