Built in May 1989, Savannah River Site's one and only B40-8 stands in a perfect setting for it's portrait at Spartanburg, South Carolina. S.R.S./D.O.E. rosters only two units, this lone B40-8 and GP60 106 built in October 1991. The pair are very rarely viewed in a setting where photography opportunities present themselves.
