Led by a former MN&S SD39, a Soo Line train using Indiana Harbor Belt trackage rights is about to cross CSX's Chicago Heights Subdivision (former B&OCT) at Harvey Junction. The Milwaukee Road used the IHB mainline to access its Terre Haute Division which would connect Chicago and Louisville, and the Soo Line continued this practice into the early 1990s.
