After building their train in the Barstow yard, the Cadiz local highballs town as the crew begins their trip east in the cab of their cool, air conditioned B40-8W. Meanwhile, outside, the temperature continues to steadily hover at 115 degrees...giving an extra push to this photographer to hustle back to the car for reasons other than to get in front of this train for another shot.
