| A Cascade & Columbia River freight heads north along the Columbia River behind former California Northern 106 and a Rail America GP9. At this location the main highway has climbed up and tunneled through the mountain in the background to reach Chelan. The railroad stays along the river and goes through Chelan Falls. This is the former Great Northern branch to Oroville, WA, and at one time reached into southern British Columbia. |
