A westbound empty coal train has just meet a load train at Cliff Siding on the Moffat Tunnel Sub. Heavy snow is falling in the higher elevations, making for some interesting conditions. Cliff siding is about 36 miles west of Denver on the Front Range, and is only 14 miles from the Moffat Tunnel. Back in 1999, not alot of UP stuff was running around, still tons of SP-AC's holding the Fort.
