Like a bug drawn to light, someone just has to stand on the yellow line. The engineer blows the horn as a warning, and it distracts the man from his phone long enough to decide to back away. Apparently train 98, the Silver Meteor, having just passed by on track 1 at speed was enough to make him think about heeding the warning.
