The halls are decked on ex-Pennsylvania Railroad doodlebug 4662 as it passes the small dam on Red Clay Creek at Ashland, Del. The last of about 90 Christmas lights trips run during December went all the way to the end of the railroad at Hockessin, allowing this one-time-only (at least for 2016) view.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
