| "Shutting Off the Departure Board at NYP" An Amtrak Electrician flips the switch on the famous Departure Board at New York Pennsylvania Station, turning it off for the last time before being dismantled by contractors. As part of a modernization program, large flat screens were installed throughout the Amtrak concourse months before to replace the board. The official shutdown time for the departure board was 2224hrs (10:24PM), 1/23/17 |
