M338 is departing Dubuque bound for Hawthorne. The train is crossing the Mississippi River and into Illinois. The train also crosses the BNSF Aurora Sub, then goes into a short tunnel, before coming around to the Aurora Sub, which CN travels across from East Dubuque to Portage, 12 miles.
