Two United States Army Alco MRS-1’s, operated by the Cape Fear Railway, the common carrier contracted to serve Fort Bragg, back onto received cars at the Aberdeen & Rockfish interchange. Beside DODX movements with heavy flat cars laden with military equipment, the Cape Fear’s other major source of revenue is aviation fuel for the adjacent Pope Air Force Base.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
