Pan AM Railways train SALO has just left Everett with a four engine lash-up of Geeps. The consist is passing through the former Boston & Maine Yard 8 in Somerville. The train will soon enter the Lowell Branch of the commuter rail line with 28 loads of contaminated dirt. The dirt is from the site of the new Wynn Casino and is headed to Lowell to be staged for pickup by another train that will take it West.
