Remarks & Notes

Surrounded by towering mountains, VIA Rail’s westbound “Canadian” is minimized by the scenery of Jasper National Park, even though the train powered by three F40PH-3s is 23 cars long! The streamliner will be stopping shortly in Jasper, Alberta, and is between Devona and Henry House in this view from Windy Point on July 11, 2014.
