A Conrail manifest crosses over mains at Chesterton/Porter, Indiana. If I recall right the train was crossing over to exit onto the Indiana Harbor Belt line, which in addition to heading to IHB yards also was used to reach the Santa Fe in Streator, IL. Maintenance crews were working on the grade crossing and track at this location at the time.
