EAST OF WEATHERFORD OK Sept 19 1976 -- Rock Island GP7R 4432 crosses over East Main Street just before going under Interstate 40 east of Weatherford OK. The Central Oklahoma Railfan Club fan trip is westbound on its way to Clinton OK from El Reno OK. Oklahoma State Representative and Rock Island Engineer Jim Townsend is at the controls for this well-attended fan trip. The train was turned in Clinton for its return trip to El Reno.
