| The Stone Train was local out of Nahant would go down the Industrial Main towards Montpelier and do all the customer work south of Nahant. Back in 2002 this job had a pair of GP9's. Here the crew works the large IMRL customer of Lafarge Cement near Linwood. This job would would have tons of work, as there is alot of customers along the Mississippi River Front south of Nahant back in the IMRL days.
Back the early 2002 I was hitting as much of the IMRL as I could. Rumors of the sale and DM&E coming in would happen in late July. |
