It's March of 1992 and the Roger Blough and the Phillip Clarke are getting ready to depart Milwaukee after laying up there for the winter. MILW 5056 hasn't and isn't going anywhere for a while. A fixture in the area for many years, 5056 finally went to the Illinois RR Museum. A Manitowoc crane, built 100 miles north of here, adds to the scene.
