Could it be? CNW 6819 leads a westbound freight under Whitnall Avenue in Milwaukee, WI in December of 1986. My dad might have been the salesman for the P&H Harnischfeger overhead crane that is on the eastbound train. The bridge abutments just above the crane are for the interurban that used to cross here.
