An Arrow III EMU set lies in Summit Yard waiting for a return trip east to Hoboken Terminal. The diesel engine, NJT 1001 (MP20B-3), is working as NJT WD41. WD41 acts as both an equipment move to Dover and as a protect engine during rush hour.
